1 – Order<\/strong>
\nThe customer’s order is considered accepted by us, either in writing or the completion of the transaction.<\/p>\n

2 – Price – License<\/strong>
\nOur prices are given as an indication and are exclusive of VAT, plus VAT in force on the day of the order.
\nOur rates are subject to change without notice.
\nThe prices correspond to an annual license and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
\nAfter expiration of the license without renewal, the data collected remain accessible in export format standardized CSV.<\/p>\n

3 – Payment<\/strong>
\nUnless otherwise stipulated on our invoices, payment is due in cash.<\/p>\n

4 – Retention of title<\/strong>
\nAccording to the law 80.335 of the 12\/05\/1980 the bought software will remain the property of the salesman until the complete payment of their prices by the customer notwithstanding the acceptance of any commercial effect.<\/p>\n

5 – Jurisdiction<\/strong>
\nBy express agreement between the parties and notwithstanding any contrary clauses appearing on the commercial papers or documents of the buyer, the courts of NANTERRE shall have sole jurisdiction in case of disputes or disputes.<\/p>\n

6 – Miscellaneous<\/strong>
